Hi there.
 

I am an ordinary person, and I have struggled in the various areas of mental health you can find on this website. Over the years, I have gathered a pile of resources.... and recently, my friends and a few friends of friends  were curious about what has worked for me. I launched this website for them...and now for you. Anyone can anonymously access and try the games, apps, etc. that have helped me become a stronger person. This site is only in the beginning phase, and you will find a lot of repeat in resources here. It's becasue the apps I've used, the videos I've watched, and the projects I've worked on have helped me in more than one aspect of life. I hope it will do the same for you.
