Hi. I'm an ordinary person, and I decided to create this website with the intention to give people â€‹strength when they are going through a hard time, especially when dealing with mental health. I am not a certified professional. But, I have experienced how drastic mental health can affect "normal" life. I also know that sometimes you just need the right kick of motivation to get back up on your feet.... so I want to share what has helped me with you.
